Lower construction cost and private capital alongside public support mean each public dollar delivers more homes. Public funding goes where it moves the outcome most, next to private investment rather than in place of it, so the mandate stretches further without a larger ask on the budget.
Programmes differ, and so do the structures that suit them. We fit the ownership, lease and financing to your policy and balance sheet rather than pressing one model onto every deal, structuring to keep land and the affordability covenant in public hands where that serves the outcome.
